Mindful Champion was built by a two-person team — a builder and a player — each leading the side they know best.
Dean Snow is the founder, architect, and lead engineer of Mindful Champion. He is the vision and the builder behind the platform — designing the product, engineering the AI systems behind Coach Kai, and shaping every surface from the video analysis lab to the MindSync mental performance suite. Dean built Mindful Champion to make elite-level coaching, sports psychology, and structured training accessible 24/7 to every player, not just those with access to a private touring pro.
Lee Rosenthal is co-founder of Mindful Champion and a 5.3 Senior Pro pickleball player. With years of competitive play and his "One Soul Pickleball" philosophy as foundation, Lee leads the player-facing side of the company — brand, social media, community, and business integration. Lee is the bridge between elite competitive play and the everyday player Mindful Champion is built to serve.
