Welcome to Mindful Champion. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mindful Champion app and website at mindfulchampion.com (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Mindful Champion (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Mindful Champion is an AI-powered pickleball coaching and mental-performance platform. It includes Coach Kai (our conversational AI coach), AI video analysis, structured training programs, a drill library, MindSync guided visualization and mental-training tools, progress tracking, and a player community. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued over time as we improve the product.
Mindful Champion offers a free plan with limited access and a paid Champion plan at $9.99 per month. New Champion subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the monthly fee, and the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges and your Champion access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with advance notice.

You retain ownership of the videos, notes, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate video analysis and personalized coaching). We do not sell your personal content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Coach Kai, video analysis, visualization programs, and other features provide general training and educational guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or physical-therapy advice. AI-generated feedback may not always be accurate. Always train within your limits and consult a qualified professional before beginning any new exercise or wellness program. You participate in physical activity at your own risk.
The Service, including its software, content, branding, and design, is owned by Mindful Champion and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Champion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm other users or us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
